WHO WE ARE: The American Cheese Company was founded in 2015 by cheese specialists Jason Donnelly and Raymond Hook. Mr. Donnelly draws upon his 20 years of experience in the restaurant, retail, wholesale, and cheese import/export sectors. Mr. Hook has 35 years of experience as a cheese producer, importer/exporter, journalist, distributor, and consultant.
